Volker Paltzo has been a member of the Management Board of ATLAS ELEKTRONIK since October 2011. As Chief Executive Officer(CEO) he is responsible for the segments Submarine Systems, Naval Weapons, Vessel Systems, Business Development and Marketing, as well as Services and Communications.

Alexander Kocherscheidt has been a member of the Management Board of ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH since March 2013. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he is responsible for the Finance Division as well as for the Human Resources, Legal and Compliance Divisions.
